Cardio started this week

To be ready for diet from July I have to rip fat slowly from present 10% to 7-8% by July  That is why I started cardio training this week. 40 minutes on my Crosstrainer at 130 puls burns 700kcal.  I start slowly with four times per week and without changing my diet.
