The Last Week Diet

I’m planning for the last week before contest and have found a receipt used by many bodybuilders. Last year, when I was on Ketose diet until the last week I did not respond to the heavy carbing the last days. On stage I was soft and flat.

This year I want to be as hard as possible on stage. That means water in the muscles but no water between muscles and the skin. They who find the secrets of how to do this will be hardest on stage. There is two basic truths in my formula. High intake of protein is dehydrating and so is vitamin C.

This is what i will do:

Not drinking too much water the last 4-5 weeks.

Day 7:
Reduce the amount of carbohydrates to half from the previous week. Eat 200gr Turkey of chicken breast in addition to my ordinary protein intake. 3 liters of water. 2 gr vitamin C

Day 6:
Same as day 7, but 4 liters of water.

Day5:
Same as day 6, but 5 liters of water.

Day 4:
6 liters of water
4 gram vitamin C
1 baked potato every 1-2 hours
4 x 200 gr turkey or chicken breast as the only protein source
3 bananas to increase the potassium level

Day 3:
6 liters of water
4 gram vitamin C
1 baked potato every 1-2 hour
4 x 200 gr turkey or chicken breast as the only protein source
3 bananas

Day 2:
8 liters of water
10 gr vitamin C
1 baked potato every hour until mid day. From mid day 200 gr turkey or chicken breast every 3 hour.
3 bananas
125 gr steak before bed

Day 1 – Competition day
3 liters of water (if the contest is late evening). For me the contest is mid day and I will half the water to 1,5 litres. The body is now trained for letting water go through and will continue to do so. 10 gr vitamin C and 3 bananas and 125 gr steak for breakfast. After breakfast 200 gr turkey or chicken breast every 3 hour.
½ hour before stage drink a half glass of brandy which will act as dehydrating medicament. Could be mixed with orange juice.
